At The 4 Season Cuts, we are committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring every client leaves satisfied. Pleas review our policies:
Appointments & Walk-ins:
We accept both walk-ins and appointments. To guarantee your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or may require a deposit for future bookings.
Late Policy:
If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service.
Refund Policy:
All services are non-refundable.
However, your satisfaction is important to us— please see our Redo Policy below.
Redo/Adjustment Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments at no extra charge. Redo services will not be provided if:
- You change your mind after the service.
- Another salon has altered your hair.
- You did not follow aftercare advice.
Consultation:
We provide a consultation before every service. Please be honest about your hair history (box dye, treatments, etc.) to ensure the best results.
